As a <\/span><b>Social Media Manager<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, you will be the driving force in building our social media channels and community \u2013 with the goal of emotionally anchoring our brands, reaching relevant target groups, and telling authentic stories about outdoor and vanlife.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Your tasks<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Strategy &amp; Concept<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Development and implementation of a cross-channel social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Positioning of brand values within the digital outdoor community<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planning and creation of a monthly editorial plan in coordination with the Brand Team<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Content &amp; Community<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Responsibility for text, image selection, and publication of posts, stories, and reels<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Development of visual storytelling formats for our brands and products<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Building and maintaining an active community, interacting with followers &amp; Content Production<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organization of shooting days, roadshows, and live insights into outdoor moments<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support for product launches from a communications perspective<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Your profile<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Completed degree in marketing, communications, media, or comparable education<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At least 2 years of professional experience in social media management<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong knowledge in content creation, influencer marketing, and community management<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Canva, Later, or comparable tools<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A feel for outdoor topics, storytelling &amp;
