About Us
The Westfield Outdoor GmbH is the European subsidiary of the HengFeng Group (China) and manages business in the European market. As a world-leading manufacturer in outdoor and leisure furniture, we develop, produce, and distribute innovative products for camping, caravanning, as well as garden and leisure design.
To specifically strengthen the brand of our premium and lifestyle lines ( including TQC and adVanture), we are currently rebuilding our brand presence and digital visibility in Europe. As a Social Media Manager, you will be the driving force in building our social media channels and community – with the goal of emotionally anchoring our brands, reaching relevant target groups, and telling authentic stories about outdoor and vanlife.
Your tasks
Strategy & Concept
- Development and implementation of a cross-channel social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
- Positioning of brand values within the digital outdoor community
- Planning and creation of a monthly editorial plan in coordination with the Brand Team
Content & Community
- Responsibility for text, image selection, and publication of posts, stories, and reels
- Development of visual storytelling formats for our brands and products
- Building and maintaining an active community, interacting with followers & building relationships with brand ambassadors
Influencers & Collaborations
- Identification and outreach to suitable outdoor influencers
- Development of campaigns in collaboration with creators, bloggers, and brand partners
- Briefing, support, and evaluation of collaboration efforts
Analysis & Reporting
- Performance monitoring, KPI analysis, and deriving actionable recommendations
- Monitoring of platform trends, competitors, and target group behavior
Events & Content Production
- Organization of shooting days, roadshows, and live insights into outdoor moments
- Support for product launches from a communications perspective
Your profile
- Completed degree in marketing, communications, media, or comparable education
- At least 2 years of professional experience in social media management
- Strong knowledge in content creation, influencer marketing, and community management
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Canva, Later, or comparable tools
- A feel for outdoor topics, storytelling & lifestyle communication
- Independent, creative, and structured way of working
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
