Westfield Outdoor GmbH is the European branch of the HengFeng Group (China) and is responsible for business in Europe. As a world-leading company in the field of outdoor and leisure furniture, we develop, produce, and sell innovative products for camping, caravanning, as well as garden and leisure design. Our customers are mainly wholesalers and retailers in the B2B sector. With our premium brand Westfield TQC, we set standards in quality, comfort, and design.
To strengthen our international sales team, we are looking for a dedicated International Sales (m/f/d) who will actively drive the expansion of our market presence in Europe and beyond.
Your tasks
Sales & Business Development
- Responsibility for the international sales of Westfield Outdoors product lines
- Active expansion and support of existing key accounts in the European B2B market
- Identification and acquisition of new customers, distributors, and trading partners in the international environment
- Execution of contract and price negotiations
Market Analysis & Strategy
- Development and implementation of international sales strategies
- Analysis of markets, competitors, and trends to identify new business potential
- Monitoring of sales and revenue figures, development of measures to achieve targets
Collaboration & Interfaces
- Close collaboration with sales management, product development, marketing, and logistics to implement customer-oriented solutions
- Support in the introduction of new products in international markets
- Management and coordination of sales projects
Trade Fairs & Customer Contact
- Participation in international trade fairs and events to present our brands and products
- Execution of product presentations for customers and trading partners
Your profile
- Completed studies (e.g. business administration, international business, marketing) or comparable training
- Several years of experience in international B2B sales, ideally in the outdoor, leisure, or caravanning industry
- Experience in working with international key accounts, distributors, and retail chains
- Distinct intercultural competence and negotiation skills
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- High willingness to travel in Europe and possibly beyond
- Negotiation-level German and English skills, further languages are an advantage
