To strengthen our team at our Schauenburg location, we are looking for a dedicated R+D Officer in Schauenburg, who will be responsible for the organization, coordination, and management of all processes in service, repairs, and warehouse logistics. This role ensures that customer inquiries are processed quickly, repairs are handled efficiently, and material flows run smoothly. Furthermore, this person supports production organization and contributes ideas for optimization.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the daily organization of customer service and
repair work - Documentation and management of inbound and outbound materials
- Supporting the head of production with organization and control
- Organization of material procurement, inventory monitoring, and maintenance
- Ensuring smooth operations in the warehouse and service areas
- Implementation of process optimizations to increase efficiency
- Communication with customers regarding technical support
- Collaboration with other departments, especially production, logistics, and administration
Your profile
- Completed technical or commercial training, ideally with
- Experience in service, logistics, or production
- Professional experience in organizing customer service, repairs, or
- warehouse logistics desirable
- Technical understanding of products and processes
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, independent work style
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues and customers
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally ERP systems
- Team player with a hands-on approach
