Westfield Outdoor GmbH is the European subsidiary of the HengFeng Group (China) and manages business in the European market. As a world-leading manufacturer in outdoor and leisure furniture, we develop, produce, and distribute innovative products for camping, caravanning, as well as garden and leisure. Our customers are primarily wholesalers and retailers in the B2B sector.
We are currently building a new business unit specializing in accessories, furniture, and smart solutions for vanlife, camping, outdoor adventures, and mobile leisure. The goal is to accompany people on their travels with functional, space-saving, and design-oriented products that make life on the go more comfortable and flexible.
To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) who will significantly drive this exciting area forward.
Your tasks
Business Development & Sales
- Responsibility for establishing and expanding the new product segment in outdoor, camping, and vanlife accessories
- Development of sales strategies for the successful placement of products with wholesalers and retailers, specialist dealers, distributors, and online partners in Europe
- Identification of new market potential and trends in mobile travel, camping, and outdoor lifestyle
- Acquisition of new trade partners and management and expansion of existing key accounts
Market Analysis & Strategy
- Conducting market and competitor analyses
- Creation of business plans and sales forecasts for the new business area
- Development of concepts for the introduction of new products
Collaboration & Interfaces
- Close coordination with product development, marketing, and supply chain
- Support in the development of innovative product solutions tailored to the needs of vanlife and outdoor enthusiasts
- Participation in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns
Trade Fairs & Customer Contact
- Presentation of new products at international trade fairs, dealer events, and customer appointments
- Conducting product training for trade partners
Your profile
- Completed studies (e.g. business administration, international business, marketing) or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in the outdoor, camping, recreational vehicle equipment, or related industries
- Experience in managing key accounts, specialist trade partners, and distributors in Europe
- Passion for outdoor topics, mobile travel, and vanlife trends
- Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial action
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and a confident demeanor
- Willingness to travel within Europe
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken; additional languages a plus
