Zur Verstärkung unseres Project Management Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte und strukturierte Persönlichkeit als Project Manager (Project TQC) (m/w/d).
Ihre Aufgaben / Job Responsibilities
- Project Management: Responsible for full-cycle management of own-brand projects (product development, sales, HQ procurement and inventory control, customer relations and risk management), ensuring orderly progress across all stages.
- Brand Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute annual brand promotion strategies, support online team marketing activities, monitor VI compliance, and enhance brand awareness and influence.
- Sales Target Setting & Achievement: Set annual/quarterly sales targets, allocate them to channels or teams, drive business negotiations and sales activities, and ensure sales volume and market share targets are met.
- Product Development & Management: Collaborate with product, design, and HQ development teams to propose new product requirements, manage product lifecycles, lead new product launches, and optimize the product portfolio.
- Inventory Planning & Control: Responsible for stock-up and shipment arrangements, monitor turnover rates and slow-moving risks, coordinate production-sales balance, and reduce inventory costs.
- Customer Relationship & Risk Control: Maintain key customer relationships, handle complaints and major incidents; identify commercial, financial, and compliance risks, and develop contingency plans.
- Team Building & Development: Build and lead cross-functional teams, set KPI targets, conduct performance reviews and training, and improve team execution and cohesion.
Ihr Profil / Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years in brand/sales/product management, including 3+ years as team lead or project manager.
- Language: Business-level fluency in both German and English (C1 or above), able to independently handle correspondence and negotiations.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, NS system, and common project management tools.
- Personal qualities: Strong sense of responsibility, excellent independent problem-solving and cross-departmental coordination skills, goal-oriented, stress-resistant, willing to travel as needed.
- Preferred qualifications:
A. Familiar with German and EU market regulations (product compliance, packaging, data protection).
B. Possesses key customer resources or established channel networks.
